I know most people think of summer as the best time for weddings, but one of my favorite things is a beautiful winter wedding. Brittnay and Kyle wanted a snowy, wintery wedding and the weather definitely came through! It had been pretty slushy and mucky leading up to their wedding, and then the morning of the big day, the skies opened and tons of fresh snow came down!
Their ceremony was at the beautiful Foundry Room, in Edmonton Alberta. The space was gorgeous; filled with candles, flowers, twinkle lights and a copper arch. Made for a warm cozy space for this winter wedding.
After some champagne toasts, we started the photos inside and then ventured out into the snow! Everyone was so amazing and made the windy weather and deep snow, seem not too cold. Keeping warm with lots of snuggles and laughs.
On to the Yellowhead Brewery for the reception. From donut boards, to a chip and snack table, delicious beer and possible my favorite place for wedding meals, the reception was so amazing! Wishing Brittnay and Kyle all the best, congrats again on such an amazing wedding!! Such an amazing way to start the 2020 wedding season!
